Speed walkers: A chance to socialise and enjoy an evening walk around the area. | Learn to run: A progressive walk-run program for the beginner runner, runners will be able to run 5KM at the end of a 12 week program. | 8K Progressive: A graduation from the Learn to Run program, this group will work up to running 8K with a mix of walking and running to build. | Pace groups: A variety of interval style training to challenge you that bit extra. Multiple groups available so you won't be alone!

Saturday Mornings
8:00 AM
Saturday morning running clinic has a perfect pace group for everyone. The run is for serious & recreational runners. The runs are longer and slower and usually end at a local cafe for a post beverage and snack. Saturday runs are a great was to get and stay fit and socialize with like-minded people.
This is perfect for half-marathon training as well as a group that does a shorter run each week.
