Cleaning & Sanitizing
We have implemented enhanced cleaning procedures involving the disinfection of common surfaces, including: fitting benches, payment keypads, door handles, and countertops. Team members undertake frequent hand-washing.
For all customer interactions, staff are practicing social distance of 6 feet. For shoe fits, customers are required to tie their own shoes during the fitting process. Management exceptions are being made to assist customers who are physically unable to tie their shoes.
We continue to accept cash payments, but would prefer that customers use debit or credit cards whenever possible.
Store Events/Run Club
To limit larger gatherings of people, all run club, clinics, and in-store events are postponed until further notice. We encourage participants to continue to stay active in smaller groups outdoors by walking, running, hiking and to use #SoloRun to keep in touch on social media.
